Anne Harlan Prather – Storyteller
I’ll sing of hawk and dragonfire
Of miracles and men
I’ll sing of places far beyond
My outer vision’s ken
I’ll sing of pride and sorcery
Of lovers, priests and kings
I’ll sing of wars and heroes
And of golden bells in spring.
I’ll sing of endless galaxies
Of planets far away,
I’ll tell you stories closer than
Their times or places say.
I’ll sing of dragons dreaming
In a sun-swept paradise>
I’ll sing of madness and of hope
Beneath the storm-tossed sky.
And when I’ve told my story
May you ask no more of me
Than the healing that its telling brings
Of bonded souls set free,
This world would be a bitter place
If no one ever thought
Of dragonsongs or hawks in flight
Or lovers linked in thought.

Dear Gina – Vixy & Tony
“Dear Gina,” by Seanan Mcguire, performed by Vixy and Tony
As they say, it’s about a horror move that never existed.
Chords and lyrics available here.
She of the Highwaymen Repents – Ingrid Windsland
I composed music to yet another unsung BioWare song from Dragon Age Inquisition and performed it as Maryden Halewell! Hope you like it! 😄
Troll Hall – Julia Ecklar
Oh my sire was a troll, and my dam was an elf.
They had plans for my use. I had plans for myself.
From his frame I grew strong. From her wit I grew wise.
Damn their hearts! Damn their guts! Damn their eyes!“Troll Hall”, written by Leslie Fish (and sung by, I’m fairly sure, Julia Ecklar)
The Fellowship Song – Martin Pearson
If you’re a hobbit and you know it clap your hands…
Snow Beast – Cecilia Eng, Sarah Hayes, & Meg Heydt
Hair like snow, eyes that gleam,
Things aren’t always what they seem.
Teeth too long, hands too thin –
Always look beneath the skin!
“Snow Beast,” by Mercedes Lackey, performed by Cecilia Eng, Sarah Hayes, and Meg Heydt
Bring Me a Star – Cynthia McQuillen
Bring me a star that's fallen from the sky To lay in my lady's hand Stay time in it's flight, Keep tomorrow from this night But time it does fly, and stars do not fall.
“Bring Me A Star,” by Cynthia McQuillen

Bwaaaaah, I’m getting so many Wheel of Time feels at the moment. This song is so beautifully Mat & the band of the red hand, I just get chills.
I’m going to have to set aside some time to re-read the entire series as soon as the last book hits my shelves. (foo, there goes a year of my time.)
I also admit to having a nerdish fancy for wanting to do a cosplay group of the WoT characters.
When the Wind Changes – Echo's Children
The sun leaves the meadow, the geese leave the lakes–
When the wind changes, it aches
According to the bandcamp page, this song was written as background for a character in a role-playing game. It’s a beautiful tune with beautiful imagery.
Snow White, Red Road – Cheshire Moon
I’m honestly surprised I hadn’t posted this earlier, it’s one of those songs that seems like a classic in the making – Cheshire Moon’s deconstruction and re-construction of a fairy tale.
(I ran into these guys at Minicon last year; they’re very nice and one tends to squee when complimented, so I recommend saying nice things if you meet them.)
